Sign in & sync across devices
Sign in with the same account on each device. Your environments and saved days sync through the cloud when you're online — local drafts stay on that device until sync succeeds.
Sign in
- Open Being Optimal and choose Sign in.
- Complete email or social sign-in.
- Pick or create an environment if prompted.
If you see “sign in again,” your session expired — sign in once more; your cloud data is not deleted.
Sync across devices
- Stay signed in on both devices.
- Wait for the header sync status to show success after edits.
- If sync fails, retry from the banner, then see Troubleshooting.
Still stuck?
Email [email protected] with the on-screen error code only. Do not send meals, LMP/due dates, blood results, or journal text unless support asks.
